My special offers can be combined to suit your needs. For example, the CLIMATE FRESK workshop provides an ideal introduction to more in-depth training based on the PYRAMIDE method. The latter helps illustrate systemic interconnections and their effects - both on a global and local level - while also highlighting concrete levers for sustainable development.

All workshops and training sessions for groups are interactive, draw on collective intelligence, and are always respectful - with a touch of humour.

Workshops can be conducted in English upon request, giving participants the opportunity to refresh their language skills along the way. This option is also ideal for international teams.

Communicative

In all settings, whether English coaching or sustainability training, a communicative approach is at the heart of my work. Creating a safe, respectful space for dialogue fosters an atmosphere of "YES, AND ...!" rather than "Yes, but ... !"
This mindset opens the door to collaboration and creativity.

Holistic

I place great value on understanding people and human activity within their larger systemic context. By looking at the big picture—and sometimes at the very small, like the role of phytoplankton or microscopic soil organisms in sustaining life—we gain insight into where and how we can begin to shape a joyful and healthy future together.
 
In my work, I draw on proven systems thinking tools from Compass Education, an organisation dedicated to advancing systems thinking in the education sector. Their goal is to equip one million teachers with these effective tools by 2030, thus promoting sustainable development through education. I am a licensed user of the AcceleratorPro tools, which were developed by Alan AtKisson. It is a powerful set of resources that combine systems thinking with sustainability. The PYRAMID is one of the core tools in this package.
I have learned a lot about systems thinking from Compass Education and I am deeply grateful for the ongoing support and inspiration that I still receive!         

The CLIMATE FRESK also takes a systemic approach. In this 3–4 hour workshop, the causes and effects of climate change are made visible and possible action steps become clear.

Connecting

The work of the Presencing Institute is also incredibly enriching. Based on Theory U by Otto Scharmer, Senior Lecturer at the renowned Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the institute offers a rich collection of methods that are available under a Creative Commons licence. The focus is on a social transformation from ego-systems to eco-systems. The Presencing Institute brings together science, collective action, and creativity to shape systemic change.

Our time feels marked by crises. But instead of turning away, I invite you to lean in - with courage, clarity, and imagination. When we release the energy bound up in fear or avoidance , we free it for shared action, cultivating imagination, and strengthening our sense of possibility.
Together, we begin to imagine new paths forward, towards a vibrant, just, and regenerative future. And then, we begin to feel something essential - the renewed joy for shaping future.

All of these methods combine knowledge with practical application,
creating a solid foundation for sustainable decision-making.

Where?

Regular coaching and training sessions can be held online or on-site at your company or organisation - in the area Linz, Wels, and Freistadt areas and at other inspiring locations on request and where feasible.
For half-day or full-day workshops, I generally recommend in-person sessions to allow collaboration and team-building to fully unfold. I prefer to travel by public transport - cities along the Western railway line from Vienna to Salzburg are easily accessible for me.
